Comes as shown! Please review all photos. They are part of the description. This is a preowned vintage tool. It is in preowned condition. It is being sold as is. Neither of them have needles. The knobs on the top do function. The reservoirs both seem to be free from damage. There seems to still be oil inside the 2718. Base looks fantastic. Not sure if it was ever used.
