Comes as shown! Please review all photos. They are part of the description. This is a preowned vintage tool. It is in preowned condition. It is being sold as is. The stand needs to be cleaned up. It has stains, debris, scratches, and some gashes. It rotates as it should. The screwdrivers all fit in their holes. The blades on the screwdrivers all seem to be usable. The spare blades shown are what is included. They have a bit of rust. I have not attempted to mount them.
